Trans Atlantic Gem Sales (TAGS) operates across five strategic locations in three key diamond-producing and trading countries: the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and Angola. Our headquarters and primary tender facility are based in Dubai, UAE – now the world’s leading rough diamond trading hub – where we host regular international tenders in state-of-the-art facilities. In Angola, we conduct exclusive tenders in partnership with SODIAM, the country’s national diamond trading company, bringing exceptional Angolan goods to market. Most recently, we have expanded into Johannesburg, South Africa, where we provide local producers with a transparent and globally competitive sales channel. This international footprint enables TAGS to serve a diverse client base while providing suppliers with unmatched market access, efficiency, and reach.

Partner spotlight
In February 2022 TAGS were selected from the leading Tender Houses around the world to oversee the establishment of The Angolan Diamond Exchange and conduct the Organisation and Management of Tenders on behalf of Sodiam and the Government of Angola in Luanda.
We have since commenced tender operations and held multiple successful sales in Luanda in collaboration with SODIAM, helping Angola to establish itself as a world class manufacturing and trading hub.
